Makeup Token Instructions
Redeem via App:

Login: Ensure the correct location is displayed at the top of the screen. If not, select "More" (bottom right) and then "Switch Locations" to choose the correct location where you swim.

Account: Go to "Account."

Makeups: Under the student’s name, click "Makeups," then select "Use Token" for the token you wish to use (oldest tokens appear at the top).

Class Selection: Available classes at the student’s level with open spots that day will be shown. Click the “>” on the right-hand side of the class you wish to book, then select "Use Token" to confirm.

Availability: If no classes are shown, there are no available spaces that day. Change the calendar date (top right) to see availability for the following day. Note: You can only book makeup lessons up to two days in advance.

Login: Ensure the correct location is displayed at the top right of the screen. If not, click the location button (the first of the three buttons in the top right corner) and select the correct location.

My Account: Go to "My Account."

Makeups: Under the student’s name, click "Makeups," then select "Use Makeup Token" for the token you wish to use (oldest tokens appear at the top).

Class Selection: Available classes at the student’s level with open spots that day will be shown. Click on the class you wish to book and then select "Submit Request." You will receive an email confirmation.

Availability: If no classes are shown, there are no available spaces that day. Change the calendar date (next to "Choose a Makeup Date:") to see availability for the following day. Note: You can only book makeup lessons up to two days in advance.

How to Record an Absence
To receive a token for a missed class, you must notify us via the App or Parent Portal before the class starts.

Login: Access your FSS account and select "Account."

Record Absence: Click on "Future Absences" under the student who will be absent, and follow the calendar prompts to record the absence. Your token will be generated after the missed class has taken place.

FAQ
I was absent, but there is no makeup token on my account.

Tokens are issued only if you record your absence before the class begins. This opens a temporary space for another student to redeem their token. If you've recorded an absence but cannot find the token, please contact our support office.
I cannot find a makeup class that suits my schedule.

Makeup lesson availability is limited and subject to change. Our schedule varies throughout the year, and absences are recorded daily, so check regularly as we update makeup slots on a weekly basis.
I recorded an absence but cannot find my token.

Tokens are not issued immediately upon recording an absence. They will be added to your swim account after the missed class is completed. You will receive an email notification once the token has been generated.
